Arts4All
Arts4All, based at Davenport Perth Neighbourhood Centre and Pelham Park Gardens, was founded in 2001. Following Jumblies’ 2004 production of Once A Shoreline, Arts4All has become an independent organization, with leadership passing from Ruth Howard to Lisa Marie DiLiberto to the current Artistic Director, Elizabeth Rucker. In 2008, Arts4All produced We Live Here, a large-scale community play on the grounds of Pelham Park Gardens, and since then has moved on to other and ongoing ventures.
Arts4All’s 2012/13 season includes:
- Regular Monday afternoon workshops – Everyone welcome!
- Workshops for seniors & youth at Pelham Park (Toronto Community Housing)
- Multi-arts workshops with other programs at the Davenport Perth Community Centre
- Exploring the theme of fear and courage through writing, storytelling and performance
- Culmination of a multi-year Radio Drama project, I Was a Brave Child with a multi-media production in February
