| Participants Within our ventures, we find opportunities, when we can, to hire and train young people, often connected to our partner communities. These positions have been partly subsidized by federal and provincial youth employment programs, as well as through youth oriented project funds, for example from the Laidlaw and Ontario Trillium Foundations.
